Claims I have $10.5 Million dollars waiting for me in Federal Reserve Bank to be transfered to my account. Has e-mailed me 4 times in last week. Says he is chairman of the Federal Reserve fund in the Federal Reserve bank. I called this morning and got automated service that said the bank does not hold any money for anyone dealing with lotteries or other financial things.
