Over payment charged late fee

I bought computer at best buy and put it on a 18 month interest free account. Minimum payment 11.00 I pay 3 times a month total 45.00 they charged me a 39.00 late fee. This is the second time they did this to me. Feb we purchased a refigerator and same thing. We over paid them and they charged us a late fee... Crooks and can't speak to a person that understands English,,, They are real crooks
