Sammy Araya, some now refer to him as Scammy has gone by the name of Sam Walters for the sole purpose of not only ripping off innocent home owners, but to also steal from Business Owners. Fortunately Sergio received a mailer paid for by Corepac Solutions and the young lady that answered the phone when Sergios wife called in was Adrienne Nunn. Addrienne Nunn is a childhood friend of Sammy's, whom also resides in the Irvine/Tustin area and by the way is a Convicted Felon.
Keep in mind, Sammy has been robbing people since his National Foreclosure Relief days that began approximately in late 2006 in Orange County, City of Santa Ana CA. Adrienne was one of a number if Sammys implanted (at CorePac 2009) thiefs and somewhat of a novice at that.
An additional Sad part is that Sammy presents himself as a church going stand up family man and often incorporates religion to disarm individuals within a sales process. But when he leaves his wife in the morning and out of sight of those that are personal aquantances, he's operating in the manner in which he robbed Sergio of his money and CorePac of a homeowner whom's call was generated by CorePacs marketing campaign.
They say the devil is the Father of ALL Lies, well Scammy must be the Devil...
