I ordered a pair of shoes on watchesmalls.com through PayPal.instead of the shoes, I was sent a sponge from China. Similar scams have been reported with a website called Rios Shoes. I would recommend CALLING PayPal to file a claim instead of doing it online. When I did it online, PayPal closed the claim, saying that the seller told them the item had been shipped. PayPal has agreed to reimburse me.
