This company is using automated debits on my boyfriends account saying that I authorized them to do so for an accidental insurance policy. I never spoke to anyone about this but we have been seeing debits in the amount of $25.95 coming out of his account since March. I called the number the bank gave me and spoke with someone in customer service. He said he was only allowed to refund one of the debits but I would have to write the corporate office if I wanted the entire amount. If I purchased this policy, which I didn't do, then where is the policy, who are my beneficiaries and why would I buy a policy from anyone when I'm not even employed. This is a ripoff and if I don't get satisfaction, it will be broadcast on the news. I don't think Wells Fargo/Wachovia is going to like that. I just don't understand how the bank that you deal with can be in cahoots with scammers like these.
