UNFAIRBANKS CAPITOL CORP victimized many consumers Jacksonville

I am writing to let everyone know, that fairbanks capitol corp has some real accounting problems they seemed to have cashed my september mortage payment on time but now they cant find it and are marking it late I sent them copies of the cancelled check 3 times and letters from my bank stating it was paid but there shaky record keeping has prevented them from finding it, not to mention they have the rudest people in the world answering there phone I called on several occasions they were border line beliderent with me.

I sent my october payment in and they marked it as my late september payment. They wont let me talk to anyone but the fridged receptionist who asks more questiuons of me than I ask of them. Let the attorney general handle them
