Ameriquest has screwed me, not sure what I can do. I cannot really afford an attorney, help!!! I've had to file Chapter 7, had to refinance at twice my previous payment. They did not pay my creditors, pay insurance or taxes. I'm sinking fast!!!
Any help out there???
