We were contacted by Elect Group to modify our mortgage which was not late and they never contacted our lender. We unknowingly gave them the money in two payments for our loan modification and for our in-law's modification as well.
Initially, Stuart Konecky was contacting us and telling us the lender had accepted their offer. Eventually, we couldn't get anyone on the phone and it became more and more difficult to get them on the phone to the point there numbers were disconnected and their website was inactive.
I am willing to testify and provide documentation which supports our case. I hope someone brings them to justice as they have taken advantage of a lot of desperate people.
