On 10/15/08 Elect Group contacted us to do a loan modification. They were very upbeat and convinced us that could guarantee help. They gave us website to check on there rating which the rating was very good. We completed all the paperwork within 2 days of talking to Elect Group they were in touch via email, phone and fax consistantly.
We then authorized Elect Group to take $1650 out of our account, they advised us to make no payments to our loan company and advised us not to talk to them, in which we did.
Once they received our payment I called and emailed several times John Murphy the gentlemen who original helped us and low and behold he didnt work there anymore. I then proceeded to talk to Stacy Debord. Stacy was in charge of getting all our paperwork together. Through several emails in which I have copies of I didnt get anywhere.
Finally after talking with Mr. James Lowe he promised to take care of the remodification. After all the conversations and emails we have yet to have anyone from the company call us back or take care of anything.
We gave Elect Group $1650 and they wrote us off.
