Ripoff, fraudulent, rude, dishonest, bad business, Was told the only way to receive my money back was to apply to three credit companies and be denied

This company proported that they were going to help me re-build my credit by sending me a credit card through the mail. I told them that I did not want my credit ran because it reflected poorly on a credit report.
Joe Edwards advised me that there would be no credit check and that all I had to do was pay 129.95 and I would recieve a credit card designed to help re-build my credit.

When I called to complain he was no help and was very rude. He advised me that the only way to receive my money back was to apply to three credit companies and be denied.

I have called there several times and have been given the run around.
