(Hemeris corp) Charged $187.00 for EIN astill #1 in Google search engine lookup for "new EIN" Internet

I used this service because it was lsited #1 in the Google search engine. Charged $187.00 for a 5 minute form. I never recived acknoldgement from them thereafter and had to call IRS on my own to determine the filing status. IRS offered service free with identical paperwork filing.
