Simple Filings.com is an aka of Hermeris Inc. They are at the top of the search engine list when searching for IRS services and EIN numbers. (Shame on Google for allowing this to happen).
They take your money as soon as the submit button is pressed. They don't tell you how much they will charge until you are finished giving them all your most personal information on what seems like an actual IRS internet form.
BEWARE simple filings! I am not even sure I received a legitimate EIN number from them.
