One Box Inc and the owner Gene Cook and VP Jamie Richarson come across as if they are working with Google and tell companies that are on the 2nd and 3rd page of Google Places that they are going to be deleted off the Google search engine if they don't hire One Box Inc to get them verified.
They state Google has been calling them and that since they have not responded they are soon to loose their position with Googles search engine. One Box Inc states they were given the companies names they contact from Google, and that One Box Inc is in fact working with Google!
When a company agrees to there services they do a phone call to verify the company and then ask for an ongoing fee in order to stay on the Google search engine, otherwise One Box Inc threatens to delete the company from Googles search engine.
