Consumer Credit Counseling Colorado Worse Credit Conseling Agency in Colorado

This is supposed to be non-profit organization with federal funds and community based donations and yet they still insist of a 75 dollar fee or they will not provide their service. At this time, I have no source of income, I have a negative balance of over a 1000 in my checking account of which I provided copies to this organization and yet they still insist I do not qualify to have this fee waived. This is a gross misrepresentation of their services. I found the staff on the telephone rude, inconsiderate, with waiting times on hold well over thirty minutes. They should be ashamed of themselves.
