This mailing came in an envelope with a small address and USPS DELIVERY to the right. The return envelope is Very odd in that I've never seen any instructions to the postoffice to proceed immediately when received. To this last statement, the government (USPS) and above should step in and stomp the tyranny at it's head. But... Your own opinions here.
