My wife and I are, UNFORTUNATELY, currently in the process of applying for a mortgage with Money Tree. As we read all your testinomies, it makes us very nervous what is going to happen to us. But Money Tree said they were going to have an answer for us by Friday, November 7, so I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt.in the event that all this does not come through, we're going to file a law suit against Money Tree.
My wife's uncle works for the State's Attorney's Office in Illinois, and his wife is a Real Estate Broker. While going over the information we sent Money Tree with my wife's aunt, she made us aware of the many things Money Tree was doing wrong. Among many other reasons, it was almost impossible for my wife and I to get an apporval for the amount we were told. She told us that if things don't work out with Money Tree, and we feel we're being scammed, we need to contact her husband ASAP.
