I've been a faithful Pursuit bank client for several years. On June 8th I visited the Sheepshead bay department to deposit a check created to my name Joyce Liao. The teller, Maryana Grattan suggested that she sensed that there is an issue using the check since I've a Chinese title.in the place of discussing the issue with me-she declined to assist me and questioned me to depart the financial institution or she'd call protection. I requested to keep in touch with the manager and he or she stated that she was the supervisor. I requested another worker, Demitry Komarovsy, on her title. He replied by getting a bit of document that that I had been keeping in my own hand. I later through the Department Director Jason Casal I then found out that my consideration continues to be shut from the protection division without my agreement.
Often in Pursuit Limbs in Sheepshead Bay I've experienced rude support and also have had folks protest in my experience while I had been shockingly mistreated by workers of one's lender. Personally I think that I've been treated unjustly and insulted by Chase Bank workers Maryana Grattan and Demitry Komarovsy in the Sheepshead Bay Department. A girl, Sophia Heisley - who had been a person and who observed how I had been mistreated at that time - explained that she'd simply submitted a complaint for that bad support she obtained in the Pursuit Bank 2-3 weeks before and could be prepared to be my experience, after I document my criticism. I'd prefer to understand what Chase Bank is going to do to enhance the support in the Sheepshead department.
