I found out about The Guardian Group Fund through a third party. I was suppose to get help through them. The Guardian Group Fund was going to help me change the house over to my name and lower my payments. I started the process and took all paper work necessary to the third party, they sent evrything to Guardian Group and only then did I hear from them asking for a full year of my bank statements. Once faxed I didnt hear from them again. I payed the third party $200 to do the paper work and The Guardian Group Fund $1,599. Now I dont know what to do or how to get my money back.
