Guardian Equity Fund
Guardian Group, Upban, United Pacific Bancorp Put money in a fund and when requested refund was unable to withdraw my money

I invested in the Guardian fund and was informed that I could withdraw my money at anytime. I would pay a certain percentage to the company which I had no problem. When I tried to withdrawn some money I was told they were re doing the system and then there was a problem with one of the administrator.

Several months went by I was informed they will send money to the people in the order of when they invested. Then I received information that I had to invest in another plan to withdaw money. Now the site is down and I was informed by people it was a scam.

The company name is Guardian Group Fund. People involved is David Cullen and Robert (Traves Virgil Brownlee). Any help you can assist me on getting my money back I would appreciate.
