RE: creditreport (rip-off website)
In mid July I paid a total of $59.99 to sign up on the creditreport website and since that time I have not been able to access their website to check my credit report. During that time interest rates were very low for someone with a good credit score.
I would try to access that site and all I get was you enter the wrong password. When I called the toll free number several times (1-800-720-#) I kept a recording say there is a high volume of calls and there is 30 callers ahead of you and someone will take my call in 30 minutes, after 45 minutes I would hang up I did this several times and different days and times and now the recording is saying today, the major fires burning is causing some of the problems.
I was able to get through one time and was told the information needed to access my account will be email to me in a day or two and I not received anything to this day and this was over a month ago. I provided my SS# and my Order #. Also there is no support site where you can submit your problem or email them. I have never experience anything like before.
Is there a remedy?
Thank you,
