My trauma begins in october When I was stupid enough to finance our home through Conseco unknowingly that is, that I was in for trouble and alot of heart ache.
I paid my down payment and was told that my first payment was included in that so I didn't owe another one until dec 20 well I got a phone call at the end of november stating I was a month behind on my house payment well this made me freak out because I had to do the paper work by myself. My husband was deployed and we had other stresses that came with that.
I tried explaining what I was told about the payment and that my Husband was over seas and well I was pretty much told every one has problems so what about mine I had just pulled out a 1500 dollar down payment there was no way I could come up with the payment until my husband got paid, that is when I got to know the real Joyce Daniels, she would not let me talk she did all the talking and that is when the forclosure threats started. I mean I had only had the house for one month.
Well by January my home was in the foreclosure Managers hands and that is when I met John Chandler, I was trying to work to make ends meet and not have to bother my poor husband to death because he was so far away from home and they called my mother's house and she told them I did not live here so he took it upon himself to call my mother a lieing whore. Well that made me very Irate so I had to tell my husband and he proceeded to call John from Korea now to tell him he did not appreciate it. John then proceeded to tell my husband to take his fat head back to sleep that they needed their money or I needed to get my sister to help me get the things out of the house or it would become property of conseco.
Well uninformed they switched company's on us but kept all the employees from Conseco and as many complaints and numerous request of Joyce Daniels or John Chandler calling they continue to do so.
They have cursed my husband out not let him talk and for some reason we can't seem to get caught up. We are only suppose to be 1 1/2 months behind because of my husbands deployment due to Peggy stuckey but according to Joyce we are going on 4 months behind wich is not possible. So Sat oct 25 I was informed that I needed to come up with 1200 by today or pack my stuff and get out and I can't just get out I have no where to go and I have a 4 yr old son.
These people need to be stopped. I tried to work something out with them to catch up and they put a flag on our account so they won't accept a payment and I always thought if a company did not accept your payment that it was considered paid in full.
