My husband and I have had this loan for 5 years. Last year we had a miscarriage and I was out of work for a while. When the payment was late, a representative asked my husband if I had really been "pregnant". This was incredibly insensitive and since then we have had problems but that one topped the cake.
Two months later I was pregnant again and we were elated. Unfortunately, it was a very sensitive pregnancy and I was unable to work through the duration. When late once again on the payment, the representative said how convenient it was that I was pregnant for a year and if we were using it as an excuse not to pay our bills.
It is incomprehensible to me why anyone would use the loss of a child as ammunition to those who are temporarily suffering a financial windfall.
