I'd really a poor encounter with Goal National Bank customer support. I used Goal Redcard in November, created some purchase, registered for elizabeth declaration in Dec. 2007. But I did not get any declaration neither document or mail. And so I named them around Feb. settled all my stability within the telephone plus they also decided to renounce my late-payment which never advised me before.in May they shut my account because of the outstanding late-payment within the consideration, but still without telling me. Used to donot discover till this season January after I attempted to use mortgage for my new home. Since the silly $10 late-payment in my own Goal consideration since that time, my credit rating fallen from 761 to 680. I've to obtain higher mortgage interets price which wind up spending several hundred bucks more each month. I named couple occasions to Focus On in February to criticism about this, they stated they set on Feb 11. I called again in May, they stated they set on March 4th. Nevertheless when I attempted to refiance, the Credit Rating continues to be reduced simply because they never repair something!!! I've to contact Credit Agency on my own to challenge it. Really bad experience. Which silly late-payment and unprofessional with no feeling of obligation customer support costs me nearly $10,000 to consider this training. Won't ever cope with Goal anymore.
