NSA continues to bill me even thought the total amount has been paid and brought to their attention

North Shore Agency, INC continues to send me collections letter stating I owe a past due amount of $22.00. The total amount was paid in March.

After attempts being made to inform this company of the payment being made, the continue to send these collection notices. This company is clearly avoiding all attempts made it hopes to continue to receive more money.

This company is jeopardizing my credit status by continuing to falsely report delinquency on a paid in full account.
