Eric accepted his cancellation and did not notify him of any cancellation fee. EMS then debited his bank account for two months of usage charges, at $10 each, and a cancellation fee of $500. When he called them to dispute the charge, they faxed him an 11-page contract, which they say he signed, which clearly has a cancellation clause. The first page of the full contract had been completed in handwriting other than his own. The last page was the signature page from the original 3-page contract. They are refusing to refund his $500.
