On or around September 17; Our Spouse and myself joined into company with Brent Da Silva of Inexpensive Help, in Garden Grove, Ca for reason for Bankruptcy filing. On this very day Mr. Da Silva was compensated $199.00 for preparation of Bankrutcy paperwork. Because of monetary setbacks on our component, we were not able to pay for court costs till April at the moment we approached Mr Da Sila and required and visit to get paperwork to be submitted using the Bankruptcy Court.in those days we were recommended that paperwork wasn't finished which it'd be another 4-6 months before it wast typed and prepared for get.in Decemeber we again named and required a scheduled appointment and again was recommended the paperwork wasn't prepared. At the moment we required that Mr. Da Silva issue a reimbursement of the $199 and return all economic worksheets done by us. Mr. Da Silva ultimately decided to the reimbursement and also the return of the worksheets. There's been no less that 7 telephone calls positioned to Mr. Da Silva, every time he promises us the reimbursement may be released. On March 16 I shipped a registered notice again seeking a reimbursement and also the return of worksheets to Mr Da Silva resolved to his Backyard Grove, Ca workplace which was recently delivered from the people Postoffice as "Unclaimed". As current as May 12 we were again guaranteed that people might have the reimbursement no later than April 16.
