We recently bought a boat and motor from a broker, Ken Harem of Positano Circle in Naples, Florida. This boat was owned by a Mr. Keoni Enlow Wilson also of Naples. Upon delivery of the boat some purchased accessories were missing. We were assured that these items would be mailed to us ASAP. We trusted Hartem's word of promise and paid for the boat on delivery. Since December 12th, Hartem has stiffed us and broke his promises to deliver the missing items. Not a very honest transaction. We do not recommend dealing with these individuals.
