Tom Trottier or Tom Donati of East Naples boat company which ever one he goes by never sent goods as promised. He has yet to make good on this.in January I bought 2006 Scout boat from Mr. Charles Tatum (super nice guy). Tom trottier was the boat dealer I dealt with unfortunately.
He took my money for the boat, all accesories, tax, tag and title. He never mailed the tag, title or Garmin fish finder for 2 months after the sale. Then he claimed it was mailed to the wrong address. I spoke with the tag agents they hadn't seen him at any branch (they are familar with him as they have had many complaints about him) I called the state to find out how to get my title and tags (they knew him there too as they had many complaints about him too). Finally after threatning him that I was going to have to go to the police to file a stolen tag report, He claimed it was all in one package (tags, title and fish finder) sent to the wrong address. Finally the package arrived with the tag and title but low and behold no fish finder. Still after many calls no Garmin fish finder.
Has changed company names. He calls himself Tom Donati now. Donati is his girlfriend Deborah's last name or ex now. He is very shady. Tom Donati is Tom Trottier, Deborah Donati is or was his girlfriend. He has moved many times, changed company names atleast twice and changed his phone nummbers too. He has no office nor does he have a boat brokers license in Florida. The responses on this ripoff site are from disgruntled buyers or Tom himself don't be fooled. I strongly advise against buying a boat from him. Look up his name on the internet look at social media too. He has a bad reputation in Pittsville Mass. Too. Be warned he is shifty and shady.
