Failed to deliver a boat. We paid for it and got from them positive e-bay feedback for immediate payment

We bought the boat on an e-bay auction (item # 1876761016). Fully paid for it prior to delivery - as agreed. As confirmation Sabrinacars submited positive feedback for immediate payment.in spite of promises regarding agreed delivery of the boat - nothing happened. We were not able to get the boat or our money back since.
