August our boat started sinking from heavy rain from faye we called progressive but noone could get to the boat as our backyard was saturated and we were advised to leave it under cover at my dock in all the storm debris and not start the engine. We bailed the boat out and dryed everthing the best we could but due to the ground saturation we were not able to move the boat or out of the water until January 09. The boat sat in the water for 41/2 months with no running of motor or other electrical components as progressive request.
