Bank of America offered (?) our mortgage to BAC. Shortly afterwards obtained a notice declaring that people needed flood insurance or secure a Notice of Chart Modification (LOMA) from FEMA.
Long story short, after leaping thru all FEMA's hoops and several bucks later, we obtained licensed LOMA and delivered it to BAC ton challenge department.in early April. The only real telephone number supplied was to insurance department. That we have called frequently. The Mortgage Challenge Dept. DOESN'T HAVE phone or mail. Hence they CAn't be approached. Administrators in insurance department. DON'T accept incoming calls. The consultant need to email administrators to demand they contact the customer. The administrators DON'T CONTACT. There's no site for BAC! One should wonder if this the best organization. And, more, whenever you contact the insurance department. Quantity, the recorded speech merely claims 'thanks for calling insurance department'... No reference to BAC!!!
