I recently obtained a notice showing that I'd be asked to buy flood insurance. FEMA recently updated the flooding routes in my own region and put my tackle in flood zone AE. It had been formerly in flood area X50. Our issue is, I reside in a flat complex and spend House affiliation fees. I had been informed by my HOA administrator the grasp insurance contact doesn't contain flood insurance. It wasn't necessary for the affiliation.
Why could one-unit need flood insurance, although not all? I'm puzzled.
