Ripoff, EXTREME late fees, late arrivals of bill, CONSTANT phone calls, unsympathetic

Four years ago I purchased a pair of boots for my daughter's Christmas. The cost was $175, more than I really wanted to pay, but I thought making monthly payments would help. I did fine until due to financial crunch, my payments were late, I ALWAYS made them but as soon as I made my monthly payment, it was overshadowed by the late fee. I would pay the amount due BUT the late fee was ALWAYS MORE than my monthly fee.

Needless to say and after countless of phone calls with no sympathetic assistance, after four years I now owe $292.00. I have MORE than paid for those boots and yet, at this point, I just make my payments late on purpose because it is the ONLY satisfaction I have ever gotten from this company. I may be cutting off my nose to spite my face but WHO CARES, AXSYS DOESN'T!
