Having been a Fingerhut customer for 25 years, you can imagine my dismay when they suddenly started telling me my payments were past due. This, even though i had proof the checks had cleared my bank prior to the due date.
This has been going on now for the last 5 payments. I am NOT late, and I have never been late. But they keep adding late payments to my account.
I guess my next step is to hire a lawyer.
