Misleading information / bad customer care

I was lead to believe that i could get a kit having info on this company and how they work as well as a "free trial" access to a website showing me how the company works. Then I would be given a choice to sign up for their services. I was never given a choice, but was automaticaly signed up and was not contacted and told this til it was to late. When i called to cancel the membership so that i would not be billed as i was instructed by one of their people, i was told that i was to late that 3 days had alredy gone by. When i asked them how long it had been the customer care associate told me it had been 76 hours. I then asked to have a person that has authorization to give refunds to call me and was told that one would do so within 24hrs. I was never called back and have been delt with very rudely ever since and told that everyone is to busy to call me back. I obviously did not want the services that ICM offers and was mislead as to being billed in the sense that i was never actually given a choice. I would like to be refunded my money. I never used the sevices they offer at all. I have been treated very rudely all in all.
