October 2 I went to see Choice One Dental Care about a tooth ache. There were 2 doctors who examed my teeth. They took 3 hours to x-ray and exam my teeth, then they sent a special financial person come in tell me that: " you need to do extractions for 3 teeth because of bone loss... And to do the ridges for those teeth... With the insurance covered I need to come up over $1200 extra out of my pocket. Then they asked me do I want to finance my payment... For a minute i thought over it, I felt fishy about this practice organization. I told them I have to think over then I left that place went to different dentist. The other dentist told me that nothing was wrong with my teeth. All I have to do is deep cleaning. I write this letter to let you know that The Choice One Dental Care is not doing their practice right. They do not care for you. All they care for is money.
