My initial charge was $2700.00 one year no interest. Expiration date was 04/13. As of today I have paid $2450.00, balance $250.00. So I call because I got a statement for $904.24, which includes $654.24 interest which is calculator on $1513.59
The company claims that they cannot reduce the bill because I did not pay in full, but acknowledge that I made payments of $2450.00 towards the grand charge of $2700.00
Please help resolve or advise on how to correct this problem so that I can paid the balance of $250.00 and close the account.
