Multiple Charges after Cancellation

I terminated my bill with Options in March. Great, great, completed. HOWEVER NOW I've a cost again. I dumped my products when there is free in March!!! Today, again in May, there's a fee for $14.95, a $35.00 cost from my lender SINCE I DID SO NOT ANTICIPATE a cost from you. Please STOP my Options consideration!

Reimbursement the $14.95 charge, as well as the $35.00 charge from my lender for that incorrect, lost charge. Must I obtain another cost from you, I'll contact the Federal Trade Commission.

I assume a reimbursement of $14.95 as well as the incorrect FACILITY charge from my lender. Talked having a live person before who assured me that consideration was shut. Won't create the exact same error again.
