Late fees charged for on time payments, this Rip-Off company needs to be stopped

I had this account for 4 years when I received a letter indicating First Consumer Bank was going bankrupt.

For the past two months I have been charged late fees. I have never been late on this account.

I sent them a letter disputing the charges and never heard back. I also attempted several times to call them to no avail.

Finally, I decided to start sending my payments, return receipt, to verify they have been receiving my payments on time; in fact early, as always.

We shall see if we get any kind of response. I also contacted the Better Business Bureau who informed me they had several complaints pertaining to this same company.

I would be interested in pursuing a Class Action Lawsuit; this Rip-Off company needs to be stopped!
