On October of my Husband had spoke with Virjah Bhalla about a loan modification he said, it would take about 90 days my Husband had faxed information and a blank check that was not to be cashed until they knew they could help us. However the $500.00 check was cashed on 11/3/09 we have made several phone calls to this company that consider themselves (Professionals) and they will not even as much return a phone call.
I told my Husband to continue to call them until we get some kind of contact from Management. We have left serveral messages but no response. I have started logging every call, every time a message had been left on 3/30/10 a Manager had contacted my Husband and ask why we wasn't paying on our loan and we do not have a loan. We had just a remaining balance of 1% of the loan that had to be paid when the work was completed. He explained to him that no one has contacted us to even go any furthur with the modification and we just wanted our money back. He said he would contact us back after he pulled our info and still yet no response.
I contact Virjah on 4/1/10 and told him I was trying to reach a Manager but since I could get no response I called him directly and told him I found out our mortgage company does not do third parties and I was contacting the Attorney Generals Office, He said they have Attorneys on site and that there was no need to get anyone else involved because they have a clean record and would like to keep it that way. Im giving them until 4/2/10 to act on this issue and if not I will be contacting them to let them know im filing a complaint with the Better Business Burea. This kind of Professionalism if this is what they consider is a poor excuse for Good Customer Service and I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Its sad enough to say that the other reports I have read on this same company is ridiculous! To the extent of people losing everything they have worked for because of unreliable and unbelievable people like this in the economy today. I pray that everyone who has been ripped off will reap the benefits they deserve due to the lies we have been feed. I will be contacting an Attorney and a Local News Station to see if they have Sister Stations who can Broadcast this.
