I was contacted by this company in March. Aaron Strom their #1 loan modification specialist convinced me to pay this company $2000.00 to do a loan modification on my home. He said that if they could not get the modification done, they would refund my money 100%. He told me that he could not tell me what to do, but he would tell his mother "not to make anymore payments on her home so she would not loose any more money and we can do the loan modification." He said that is would take about 60-90 days to do the modification and he would be available to talk to me 24 hours a day. He said I could even call him at home, that my case looked 100% and they could get this modification done with no problems. It is now July and I can not get a hold of ANYONE in this company! No one will return my calls, I have left messages for a "Billy", "Aaron Strom", and "Scott (their "compliance officer")" and I just found out from my lender that NO ONE has even contacted them in regards to my loan. My home is now in FORECLOSURE and a sell date is about to be placed. I could have worked with my Bank on this, but I trusted this company becuaes of all the promises they made. They claim they have an excellent BBB rating, but that does not matter. These people are still THEIVES and they will take ALL of your money and make sure that they leave you HOMELESS!!! Please, please, please do not fall for this companies lies!!! Save your money and do this process directly with your bank. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will be doing the same with the Attorney General, the States Attorney, my personal attorney, and will be using every media contact that I have to bring this company to its knees. I will not stop until they pay for what they did to me!!!
