I have an email from Brian Canen at-Sea Kilometers declaring my points, but I Barclayis claims I actually donot have evidence of my points. I submitted an incident with Barclayis, that was rejected due to a insufficient proof. After my insistence, they mentioned they didn't possess a backup of the notice from Canen. I've sent that notice, and that I am awaiting an answer. I also submitted an incident using the State Dept of Deleaware Bank, 302-739-2356. Our guidance is eliminate your Barclays Card and not keep company with Circus or Barclays. Whenever you attempt to contact somebody at Barclays, the reps are within the Philippinrd. I've attempted about five occasions to locate a contact within the Usa, however the customer support people is only going to give a fax. You shouldn't be confused! Should you request a boss, no body will-call you back! The only path to make the journey to a boss would be to demand you will not watch for a call-back.
