They withdrew 21.00 from my account. Had late charges in jan. They said they sent letters in jan. Never receive one letter then send again in february nicely its march 29 plus they just took it from my account. I had been never notified by phone or email. They didnt get permission to withdraw that money. Bear in mind!!! Netflix may have my business continue!
