Unfair Charges

I put my account on hold due to a lengthy move, only to find I was charged for an entire month. Customer Service explained the hold was placed two days late, so I owed $18.39, the entire month of service. Essentially I paid NetFlix NOT to send me anything! I was never notified of these charges when I placed my account on hold. Now I've canceled NetFlix permanently.
