They repeatedly call after I showed some interest. Today I answered & spoke with another rep that told me if I was still interested in going further with their loan modification program they would lower the fee from $1495 down to $595.
They sent me an email with an application package as promised in pdf file, but made it a point that I would have to pay in full before anything was completed.
They always seem to stress that my application to my own lender is futile & that I will never accomplish anything by doing it on my own & to hurry up & hire them to do the work for me, & not to make anymore mortgage payments!
