John B. Wow. Dont even know where to begin VERY RUDE

They will not stop calling. HSBC Best Buy had an account that is and was incorrect and they could not prove it was mine.in fact everytime I called customer service in India they informed me they could not give me any info on the account because my date of birth did not match. Wow really? Then they passed it to a collection agency. First source advantage. I sent them a dispute letter. They did nothing. Told me nothing they could do because they were getting ready to sell the debt. It now is in the hands of CPC and they are really incompetent. The person on the phone who keeps calling (sometimes 3 times in less then 5 minutes) identified himself as John B. I tried to explain the situation to him and he told me I was lying and owed this debt. He then proceded to tell me the law in Maryland which was totally incorrect. I asked if he was an attorney and he proceeded to tell me "no, you still owe the debt" How do you even have a conversation with someone like that. Does anyone know if it is possible to sue all these companies who keep just selling this off and not removing it from my credit. I disputed my credit report to all 3 and one of them removed it. Two did not.
