I requested a mortgage nearly 3 weeks before and was secured at 43/4% after which when prices leaped lately I obtained an application notice declaring sorry we can not refinance you under this course of action! I'm astonished at how bad their reactions have already been. They're the lamest organization I've actually handled. I'll NEVER conduct business together and that I did more than 7 mortgages together before!
