In 2007 I purchased the halogen trading system from Blackbox2trade for about $6000. Arthur nottingham had called me to tout his program, said it was the result of 13 years of research in neural networks, and practically told me I would be stupid to pass this up. I can see i wasn't the only one.in 6 months, I had only $387. Left, and when i called Arthur for a refund. He tpld me there would be no refund because the program had made money. Not likely. It made about 100 trades at $21.32 a trade, the rest was a losses. Needless to say I'm still pretty ticked. This was a lot of money. Hopefully they will get their own someday. I started with $5000.
