CTI offers a S&P E-Mini 'Boomer' trading program that 'automatically' trades the e-mini S&P 500 futures contracts. CTI claimed through 'unaduited' historical trades that they were able to generate profits in the 10-15% range per month or generate over 95% in one year, 235% in others like this. Through a pass word protected website they showed me their 'own' records of these fantastic trades.
I was leery of these claims so CTI offered me a guarantee to return my $6,000 subscription fee if the Boomer program did not generate 25% in profits in one year, September to September.
I misread the notice date thinking I had to file a refund request within 30 days of the end of September when it should have been 30 days after August 31st. So, I kept this fund active just to get the refund, and wanted CTI to honor my request.
