We've attempted to get a year 5 to work well with them. I've attempted three times to refinance together without success. I attempted to get a mortgage loan modification plus they dropped my info not once but twice. They ultimately delivered me financing change after six months which was 100.00 less after struggling a lack of 40,000 annually in revenue. They provided another subprime on initial mortgage and 10.5% set on second mortgage. This at the same time when mortgage costs were 4-6%. The Wells Fargo mortgage official has easily left the region so she's of no aid. She ostensibly guaranteed us that after 24 months in a subprime rate we'd quickly be eligible for a fixed-rate.
